  • a third of a cup of Hanf Herzen
  • Mandelmehl, 2/3 cup
  • 2/3 cup coconut juice graters, uncoated
  • Leinsamenmehl, 1/4 cup
  • a quarter cup of chiasamen
  • Swerve, 2 tblsp (brown or normal grains)
  • a pinch of cinnamon

In a large saucepan, combine all of the ingredients. If you’re using brown Swerve, crush the sweetener before shaking it so it doesn’t go all over the place. To combine all of the ingredients, close the top and shake it vigorously.

To create keto oatmeal, follow these steps:

In a small saucepan, combine 1/2 cup keto oat mixture and 1/2 cup unsweetened almond milk. Over low to medium heat, whisk the oats until they reach the appropriate temperature. This should take no more than 2 to 3 minutes.
