How Do You Make Alinazik Kebab?
  1. At 200 degrees, roast the eggplants and peppers for approximately 30 minutes, turning them periodically. You may also roast over an open fire or on the stove.
  2. To make the minced meat combination, melt 3 teaspoons of butter and 2 tablespoons of oil in a skillet, then add 1 chopped onion and 2 chopped village peppers and cook them together.
